I booked this for a friend and myself not really knowing what entailed (I thought it was some sort of massage) I was pleasently surprised, it was a lovely relaxing experience which I will repeat when I get the chance. I don't know how it works but I was all blocked up with a head cold when I went in and its much clearer this evening! Pleasent enough food and lovely lady behind the counter.

I suffer from a lung disease which affects my breathing slightly and I wheeze and cough. On my first visit to the salt cave I was wheezy and coughing whilst sitting in there. I have now had about 8 weekly sessions and my wheezing has all but gone and my coughing is nowhere near as bad as it was. The staff are extremely helpful and the cave is a relaxing haven. I am so glad i was persuaded to give it a try, as my syptoms have improved drastically.
